Refund and Returns Policy

We recognize that it can be tricky ordering online! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We accept returns that fall within our return policy:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date of your order.
• For orders over $50 in value, we will charge a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount.
• All deal items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Shipping costs are deducted from the final refund amount.
  
  (Please ensure that fragile items are returned to us in perfect condition. We cannot accept exchanges or issue refunds for items that arrive damaged or are not in like-new condition. If you're concerned about packaging, we recommend using a trusted shipping service to securely pack your return.)
